(c) hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw; (d) include with your entry the following information: (i) your user name on the website; (ii) your full name, your date of birth and your address; (iii) a contact telephone number and email address; (iv) tell us the competition you wish to enter; and (v) if there is one, your answer to the competition question (e) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
